Harper’s Island
Well, I’ve gotta say – I’m actually interested in this one. At first, I’d figured that Harper’s Island wouldn’t be too interesting, I’ll admit it. A glorified made-for-TV movie, and one that couldn’t do very much because of its network status.
Well, one episode in, I’ll admit that I was wrong about that. They don’t show a huge amount (and I fail to see how Ben could’ve been decapitated), but at this point I’m interested in finding out more about the background material. Some of the subplots are pretty predictable at this point, but for those who aren’t interested in spoilers I won’t be giving any.
There’s a lot of room for the series to grow in, but I’m hoping to find out more about Wakefield… and what the heck is up with Madison. That girl’s got some serious issues.
For those of you (like me) who can’t watch this show on CBS directly for whatever reason, I’ve found that it’s on iTunes, in both standard def and HD, for free, so that’s a good place to try keeping up with it.
